By accessing or using the Profit Wizard website, demos, or related materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

Profit Wizard provides information, demo requests, and (when available) software and integrations related to profit visibility for home service companies. Features may change during early access or beta periods.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that outputs, estimates, or dashboards are complete or suitable for any particular financial, tax, or legal decision. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up or contact us. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials where accounts exist and for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Services in a personal or business capacity.

You will not misuse the Services — including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with other users; scrape the Services in violation of our policies; or use the Services to violate law or third-party rights.

Profit Wizard branding, site content, and software are owned by CI Web Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CI WEB GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to defend and indemnify CI Web Group and its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
